Propane tank on the fire pit was empty but it rained both evenings so didn’t request a new one. Beautiful property with ponds and creeks to fish. Catch and release only. “Great location! Such a beautiful area to walk around — the Animas River Trail is amazing to have so close, especially with the botanical garden right along it. We saw so much wildlife, explored downtown, and enjoyed plenty of restaurants. Got our steps in and loved every minute of it. Lots of wildlife and deer you name we seen it! ”

“We had a wonderful time at the Durango Hideout. The house is located in town (about a 15 minute walk to the shops/train/etc.), yet has a secluded private feel to it. There is another house on one side, but there are blinds on the windows you can close. The backyard is against the hillside, and there is a cute little deck with cafe table/chairs and grill for enjoying the back yard.
