“Everything was set up for us to have a comfortable stay including the option to use the jacuzzi with bathingsuits provided if needed. Jodi and her hisband have gone above and beyond to make this stay comfortable and accessible for guests ”
“We arrived late Friday night. Only second floor rooms were available. My wife can’t climb stairs, so the desk clerk gave us a free upgrade to a first floor extended stay room. The next day the desk lady did her best to help me find my missing cell phone. But later in the week we had to ask three times to get toilet paper and hand towels.”
“The location was wonderful. Convenient to historic downtown Durango, but not in the middle of traffic congestion and noise. The front desk clerks, Doug and Stephanie, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The dining area, for morning breakfast, was clean and well maintained by dining staff. Evening time offered free, freshly made cookies and hot popcorn. Cleaning service, for rooms, available upon request.
This is an older hotel, in desperate need of an update. Carpets are worn, both……
