“Clean, quiet, and staffing professional. Breakfast is the norm. Notice all Holiday Inn express has pancake vs. waffle maker. Out 3 expresses, they were not used. Recommend bringing the waffle maker back. Allowed to check in early (nice when driving forever) and offed fresh chocolate chip cookies! Fantastic stay!”

“My first review of DoubleTree by Hilton in Durango was not very complementary. All but one of the issues I raised then were promptly addressed by hotel management and staff. However, when I checked out, my bill was $24.01 more than I'd been quoted by Expedia.com.
