“Just a heads up that this B&B is actually a 25 minute drive outside of Durango. That was definitely an unexpected wrinkle in our plans. They don’t serve breakfast until 8am, and if you are riding the Durango to Silverton Railroad, you have to be AT the train station by 8:30, and that’s after you drive 25 minutes to get there, wait 5-10 minutes in line to get into their all day parking lot, and then walk to the station. That issue caused us to have to skip breakfast altogether. Bummed for sure.……

“Clean, quiet, and staffing professional. Breakfast is the norm. Notice all Holiday Inn express has pancake vs. waffle maker. Out 3 expresses, they were not used. “My first review of DoubleTree by Hilton in Durango was not very complementary. All but one of the issues I raised then were promptly addressed by hotel management and staff.
