“We arrived late Friday night. Only second floor rooms were available. My wife can’t climb stairs, so the desk clerk gave us a free upgrade to a first floor extended stay room. The next day the desk lady did her best to help me find my missing cell phone. But later in the week we had to ask three times to get toilet paper and hand towels.”
“The keyless access is so easy and convenient. The owner/management has thought of everything, except the sheets and pillows. The pristine condition of the accommodation lead me to expect cotton sheets and down pillows. Otherwise, everything was great. ”

“The location was wonderful. Convenient to historic downtown Durango, but not in the middle of traffic congestion and noise. The front desk clerks, Doug and Stephanie, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The dining area, for morning breakfast, was clean and well maintained by dining staff. Evening time offered free, freshly made cookies and hot popcorn. Cleaning service, for rooms, available upon request.
