“All 6 families (from 5 different cities) agreed this place was a perfect place to celebrate our family birthdays. We took advantage of the location and spent time at James Ranch and Durango Hot Springs and Spa. Both were ideal for our group with adults and toddlers. There was more than enough room to spread out for our 10 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. “The Leland House is a really cool historic building just south of Main Street next to Lola's (Great little spot for food). Parking in back down the alley was easy to find, but might be a little tight with a bigger vehicle. Our room was ready early and we were able to check in when we arrived. All information for check in was texted to us. The Leland team was very responsive when we needed to communicate with them. Since the building is old there is some noise from outside and in the……
