“The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can.. DO not stay here I only booked because during the Carnival you don't really stay inside just change and go. ”

“Condition of apartment needs improvement”

“My stay was great! My favorite things about the property, were the walkability of the area and conveniences nearby. There’s a 24 hour convenience store a block away. Within 5 blocks radius there are: coffee shops, bars, Chinese restaurants, bar and grill, local cuisine, etc. Close enough to the Savannah and Aripiata Ave. that they’re easy to get to. I also felt very safe on the property as well. ”

“The place is very nice, everything is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and they were very kind and helpful with their service. I really can't complain. I felt like family.”

“I had to stay overnight for a layover. It was good enough to stay for one day and had no problems. They offer free shuttle rides to the airport at specific times. But If it's out of that time frame, it's a charge of $10. ”
