“Beautiful property, exactly as described. We spent a week with family here, adults, infant, and teens. Views were breathtaking, and the property was so peaceful. The owners were friendly and welcoming did a wonderful job giving us all the up front info we needed, meeting us at check in - on our timeline, and communicating just enough. “Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was mostly a peaceful and relaxing time. Pros The place is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The river is steps away! The house was clean & has everything you need. Looks just like the pictures. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Cons The yard was overgrown and unkept. “Had a great place for some of the family to stay as we came for a family reunion of 62 at the Trinity River Farm. Loved dipping in the pool in the evening after a trip down the river. ”

In range for coast and redwoods day trips, plenty of options in the area to swim, hike, fish, float, etc. The kitchen has plenty of dishes for cooking a proper meal when you bring back goodies from the coast.
