“We came up for the Fall Color Run. The location was great! The cabin was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck over looking the lake. We seen a lot of eagles and listened to the loons. I would definitely recommend this place. ”

Unfortunately, while we were there, there was a very significant algae bloom on the lake (looked exactly like pea soup), and we were told not to swim in it. HUGE disappointment as that's specifically why we spent the extra $ to rent on the lake! Not the owner's fault, but just make sure you call ahead to see about the water quality before you make a commitment! It's a lot of $ to spend to not be able to use the lake.……

“The description and the pictures are very misleading. We drove up walked in and left immediately! THERE IS NO A/C . When you stay in a home especially when it is 95 degrees outside it becomes a sauna. The entire place is so small. I could touch both walls standing in the middle of the room. The pictures of the lake are very misleading. its' a freaking swamp. Also there "boat" they offer was filled with water half sunk into the lank and covered in pond scum. Also not to mention you are one block……
