“Property was clean, quit that’s all we needed for our stay. ”

“When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. The bathroom faucet kept coming off. For those that like to shower with hot water, there was no hot water. Water was at room temperature. There was a lot of WIFI issues with the four network. I shared my concerns, the grounds keeper responded immediately to address the concern. By then I addressed……

“The property has a lot of potential its small but comfortable and very well located. My main problem with it was the two AC units were damage. One of them had a horrible noise which render one of room useless and the other keep turning on/off every 15-20min. One of the couple who were supposed to stay had to leave. It was not a great stay, but if they decided to invest in new equipment the apartment will be a great option. ”

“Las escaleras del lugar están deterioradas e inseguras. El servicio de internet no estaba funcionando y nunca funcionó. El beeper de entrar al estacionamiento no funcionó, tuvo que ser reemplazado. El estacionamiento muy pequeño. Venetian blinds para privacidad en la sala estaban inservibles (rotas). Nevera tenía un problema de salida de agua por la parte de abajo. Abandoné el lugar un día antes por todo esto.”

“Great little hotel. Good location, ample parking, and good facilities. Excellent service at the front desk and from the staff. Room for improvement: the bartender wasn't very friendly and didn't serve promptly.”

“Property was inside a forest, well maintained and beautiful. Our casita#1 was very spacious had a second bedroom (up to 4 persons) and a spacious bathroom. Very clean and comfy. The staff and the owners were so friendly! The stay included an a la carta breakfast. Close enough by car to Boquerón and Combate beach. I would love to come back, very relaxing place.”

“Service was good since we arrived. Room.was clean and comfortable. Area around the rooms is still under construction and only vending machines as food option. I would visit the hotel again in the future. Location and views were beautiful. ”
