“So overall the place was fine, but I wished they had let us know sooner that the entire hotel was going to be renovated, which really disappointed me. Pool and hot tub were unavailable (and that's what my family wanted), kitchen was under renovation so no restaurant/bar. The place after renovations probably will look awesome as overall what they have is nice but it left me with a sour taste that the things I wanted weren't available.”

“My stay was okay. it would have been better if the lady at the front desk had better customer service skills she was unkind and very smart mouthed to the customers just very off putting. I also reserved my rooms but ended up having to pay out of pocket and still got charged by Hotel.com after I paid for my rooms. If the rooms were not comfortable and allowed pets I probably would have had an horrible trip.”
