“This was the second time I stayed at this property and really do love it. It is close enough to my family in Ridgefield for me to fee like I am just around the corner, while being in a quiet, peaceful private property. The setup was perfect for myself and my mom, but could also accommodate a larger group. It isn’t a big space, but had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be looking to stay here again on another visit. Thank you!”

“We had a fantastic time at the cottage. We were coming from a family event in another state and found that even though this house was smaller in size, it was far better stocked with well-thought out amenities and helpful items for having a great stay. (One example: The other house lacked any place to hang a towel; we marveled that this house has a half-dozen different hooks or towel bars readily available for use.) “This spot couldn’t be better! Bright and sunny. Spacious bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchen. Great appliances in kitchen if you choose to cook. Short walk to Southport beach. Perfect private location. Stellar area for a bike ride (bikes provided) . Tons of fabulous restaurants and shops. We stayed for two weeks and it wasn’t enough. Can’t wait to return. Our host, Jeff, did so much to make our stay remarkable. ”

“Wonderful little rental, and dog friendly. Was very accommodating and offered early check in (we didnt end up going early but it was nice to have the option available). Would definitely visit again!”

“We had a wonderful Christmas getaway with family at the “Ice Cream Cottage”. It is much more spacious than it looks on the outside.It was clean and had everything we needed. Host was attentive to any questions we had.The fenced in yard was great for our “fur baby” to run around.”

“This is my third year staying at this property. I have friends that live around the area so it is a nice quiet private space to reconnect. Paul the host is always quick to respond to any concerns I may have while staying. My dog Angel is in heaven literally 5 steps to the water . The beach and people are so kind and friendly. Love it!”
