“Beautiful & simplistic cottage. I absolutely loved the property. I stayed in #4, that had a private fire pit and grill in the backyard adorned with string lights. I highly recommend for a cute little weekend getaway. My only con is that the wifi is kinda spotty so if you have a mobile hotspot bring it. ”

“house and grounds were very clean. the property is not on a main road and very quiet. the house is perfect for two people to stay. This is what we were looking for. The communication with the owners was excellent. if we are in the area again I would stay here again. Thank you Molly for being so accommodating.”

“We stayed for 8 nights. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive throughout the whole process, from booking until checkout. Many good restaurants and bars within blocks of the house, and a detailed listing of restaurant/ activities is in a binder at the house. Easy and quick drive to Asheville and the airport. ”

“Very unique and fun home. Great jumping off location for the Cataloochee Valley in the Smoky Mountains NP. Very Clean and nicely equipped. In a private rural setting, but civilization (Waynesville) is only about 15 minutes away. This is a home where the owner pays a lot of attention to details, and it makes for a very enjoyable stay.”

“My family stayed here for a month and it really became a home away from home. The house is clean, well decorated and well stocked. The beds are all comfortable. Having two different living spaces was great. The house is very conveniently located to either downtown Asheville or West Asheville, which was another plus. The yard area was great for our dog. “This property is very calming and relaxing. The view and the cozy deck made my morning so relaxing!”

“This house was exactly what we hoped for and more! It was very clean, nice furnishings and bedding, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, beautiful screened porch with picturesque sunrise! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet neighborhood. The giant hydrangeas on the property were gorgeous in a backdrop of my husband and son playing soccer in the large grass yard! Thank you! If we ever come back to Asheville we would certainly stay here again.”

“This house was amazing! Old school hospitality at its finest. If you are looking to unplug and enjoy nature and true time with your people this is it. The host was so nice and really connects with her guests. The only suggestion I would make is more window units since only two of the rooms have them but there were box fans provided for the other rooms. A personalized message for your group on the board in the dining room, a personalized dozen donuts waiting in the fridge, wood pre chopped for……

“This property was one of most comfortable and charming cottages we have ever stayed in. The pond and landscaping are beautiful and were all blooming. The home has all the things you could need for a wonderful stay. Sitting on the upper porch watching the moon come up or on the dock catching a fish or two.
