“My Dad and I were just here for two days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quant little cottage by the lake. It’s a beautiful area to take a walk and enjoy the scenery with a custard shop and gift shop nearby in walking distance. There is a nice sitting area outside as well. Lisa was very friendly and accommodating adding small extras to make our stay even more enjoyable! It was just the right size for me and my dad! We lookForward toComing back! ”

“We’re disappointed in cleanliness. I made comments to Vacasa. Mold on shower curtain, pull out bed, disgusting dirty, blood/brown spots on a messy mattress cover,couldn’t find sheets that looked clean and fresh. They delivered the next day a bag of sheets they are all not fresh clean looking. . The queen bed had two small pillows,sheets and a bedspread.Didn’t see extra blankets. It was cold in living room for sleeping. Said a fireplace, but when you get there, it doesn’t work. In the kitchen a……

“This is the third condo we have stayed in at Lake Junalaska, and by far our favorite. It has modern upgrades, an open floor plan and a balcony looking out over a pond. The tress were just starting to bloom and the bird song was lovely. Everything was working and ready for us when we got there. ”

“I have stayed in VRBOs of all shapes and sizes and while this is a nice large condo it was dirty and really needs some updating. The furniture is sort of a “Big Lots” free for all and while that is no biggie the bathrooms had mold on the faucets and the shower curtains. There was also a large stain in my daughter’s bed that we had to deal with. Also the base boards in the bathroom were dirty and there was a lot of hair in the master bathroom floor. I don’t expect a five star stay but do expect……

“This was a great get-away for us. We went to Lake Junaluska for the Methodist Annual Conference and the location was very convenient to where the activities took place. The space was roomy and comfortable. This was a great find for us.”
