The room is newly refurbished with complimentary wifi and many TV channels. The location is nice. Pangkor Seafood Cuisine, 7-Eleven, and KFC are just downstairs. 10 mins walk to the beach and 19 to ferry. The service is great! The staff contacted for check-in before arrival. “The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family……

“It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. ”
