“The property is a small oasis. The property is clean and the staff is very attentive guest needs. Our only regret is that there was no natural light in the room…there were no windows. However, having said that, there were plenty of opportunities to sit by the pool and take in some sun.”

“This hotel is right by the Sprinter water taxi, and is within walking distance of many amazing places in San Pedro. It is right on the water and you have great beach walking access at night. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back”

“The hotel was very nice and kept clean. It was great to have a little deck with chairs just outside your room. They made booking excursions simple by having a liaison at the hotel every day. The hotel is older so sound does travel between rooms but it wasn’t a busy time when we were there so we didn’t have any issues with it.”

“Def not a 4-star property as advertised, but it works perfectly fine! My only issue is that I arrived a tad late in the evening/night, and staff were slow on responding. Signs to the main office were difficult to find… then again, I eventually made it there and they were super friendly and accommodating. ”

“We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Our clean, comfortable room had a balcony facing the sea and we loved having coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to birdsong and wind in the palms. The coffee maker, mini frig, wifi and AC all worked well. The pool and grounds were well maintained, and everyone was very kind and helpful. “The staff from reception to security were super friendly. The breakfast was made to order, fresh and delicious. The location is perfect. Its close to the ferry port and all the tasty restaurants. Theres even a little store to buy water and a few groceries for the full kitchen in our room. Our balcony looked over the pools on the property. We can see the planes go by as we werent far from Tropic Air airport. Will definitey stay here again. ”
