“The design for this hotel is modern and chic. Only 3 minutes walking from the main station so it’s very convenient going around the city. The room is clean and quiet. The bed is also comfortable. The only disadvantage is without a kettle in the room or in the lobby. Except for that, I’m quite satisfied with this hotel and will come back again!”

“The room is smaller than expected, especially the roof occupies too much space so there is not much space left. Only one small table which is not enough in a family room. The water pressure is way too low... cannot enjoy the shower at all. The only good thing is this hotel is full of energetic atmosphere with many teens around.”

“Location is perfect. Easy access to city centre and all kinds of public transport. It is also facing the Fine Art Academy. There are good exhibitions sometimes. Safe bed is a bit soft. Two stoves are provided for simple cooking, but no dishes, no cutlery, no cooking utensils! We had to ask for all these. Apart from this, it is quite a comfortable hotel. It is also to Wine and Co. “Hotel was good and clean. Front desk guys were friendly and helpful. Hotel location was very convenience, The bus # 14A bus in front of the hotel. Having try the bus yet. The nearby tram 0 and subway U1 can bring you to city center, Walking distant to Wien Central Station but I am lazy to connect with tram. Hotel overall was very good and higher recommended. Next Vienna tour will stay with the Hotel Caroline again for sure. Thank you. ”
