Wi-fi worked great, no issues. Comfortable beds, plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Grill use with all the tools needed. A selection of DVDs available in addition to streaming services. “The home was decorated in country motif which made it feel like home to us all. Very large home was perfect for us. The host was very responsive to my questions. Everything we needed was provided. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who has a big group to accommodate. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!”

“Very cute lake house in great condition! Fully stocked and ready for your lake getaway. Conveniently located to a boat ramp which was great for us to bring our kayaks. Only thing my husband said could be changed is having a regular coffee pot instead or a keurig, but that’s just him being an old man about it. We really enjoyed the assortment of games and puzzles available for use as well. Looking forward to future stays.”

“Was a perfect place for the 2025 Carl Albert Golf Team to stay while competing at the 5a State Golf Championships. The house was more than expected and gave the team a nice place to relax and enjoy themselves. ”

“I wasn't sure what to expect with this stay. I've never stayed in a treehouse! My husband and I are tall and we had no issues, duck, dodge, be a kid! So fun! The hot tub was AMAZING! (I would've took that as a souvenir if I could.. hehe) The lighting and decor was super cute!Not as secluded as I hoped, but privacy was still there. Overall 4.7 out of 5. ”

“Communication before the trip from VRBO was good. Directions for finding the property were good. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows. The property is in very poor condition: Broken lock on screen door. Hole in the kitchen sink so that water leaks under sink if you used it. Bathroom fan has been covered with a ceiling light! Standing lamp in living room is an electrical hazard as you can touch the bulb socket. Rug in loft bedroom is filthy - full of hair and dirt. Pots and pans were dirty.……

“Very homey, cozy, and secluded lake front location. Located in a wooded area. Definitely need to follow the pin location! 4x4 a plus, especially if weather changes. Enjoyed fishing from rocks right on location. Beautiful view!!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wagoner at Mr. Blaine’s property! There were plenty of towels/linens, coffee, as well as additional groceries. He was also very easy to communicate with, very prompt in responding also. It comfortably fit five adults and was truly a little slice of paradise. The pool deck and outdoor seating were a nice treat as well! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely be staying here!”
