“My friends and I needed something close to the Marriott Southern Hills for a conference we were attending and this was very convenient. The property was as described. The home is in a quiet subdivision, easy to find, plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. Check in was a breeze. ”

“The duplex was cute but not as clean as I was hoping for. Also, the pictures and description say it’s a private backyard but it’s a duplex and someone else lives in the other side and you share the backyard with them. It felt a little awkward being in someone else’s space because the entire yard is fenced in but half of it belongs to the people who live on the other side. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe and the location is nice. ”

“Nice place. Everything you need. There was just 4 of us so there was plenty of house. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub worked. Very nice to have the garage to pull the bikes in at night. Good communication. Would stay again. ”

“This is a nice home to share with friends while attend a Kite Festival in Tulsa. We were within a few miles of the event. Easy to get to. The beds are comfortable the towels are nice! There were some ants in the kitchen. Needs more dishes and cooking utensils. We've stayed here twice now, and will stay again if the opportunity arises. ”

“We traveled with 2 toddlers over 4th of July weekend and our stay was peaceful and fun. We appreciated the many amenities and that the appliances had buttons/knobs that kiddos could not reach. We were also amazed that there was still a view of the lake with the trees fully green. I would love to be back in other seasons to enjoy all of the beauty the surroundings have to offer. This site is perched on the side of a steep hill in the woods, so be prepared for driving slowly and encountering some……

“Wonderful home and host. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood that was less than 5 miles to everywhere we needed to go. Great for families with little ones. Although it's pet friendly, it did not smell like it or have fur anywhere. Great find!”

“The photos are accurate. The home is compact, but higher ceilings lend a spacious air. The owner clearly cares about the property and desires a win-win. Whatever you’re in town for, except maybe a rave, this house will be your happy hub and home away from home.”
