“The property was wonderful. Had a full washer and dryer ironing board steamer.The kitchen was big was really nice. All the appliances were top line.The mattress was so comfortable it was one of those that you just sink into and go to sleepThere were ceiling fans in the house and a nice area in the back where you could grill and there’s table and chairs and two chairs on the front porch, which is a nice size. It was walking distance to Main Street down in the Rose District, which has restaurants……

“The duplex was cute but not as clean as I was hoping for. Also, the pictures and description say it’s a private backyard but it’s a duplex and someone else lives in the other side and you share the backyard with them. It felt a little awkward being in someone else’s space because the entire yard is fenced in but half of it belongs to the people who live on the other side. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe and the location is nice. ”

“House was an excellent place for my wife and I and our two dogs. Had a small issue on the second day and the owner had it addressed by the next morning (would have been faster if I had wanted). Owner is super responsive to any questions or issues. House is conveniently located to the highway and several good places to eat. We would definitely stay here again if life brings us to the Tulsa area. Highly recommend. Thank you Gina for all your help and recommendations during our stay!”

“Very good! Check in was easy and everything was very clean. The location was great. It was easy to get to anything in Broken Arrow as well as Woodland Hills mall. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very well for the first week is August. Adam was a very good communicator as I asked him several questions concerning bike paths....etc. Thanks Adam!”

“This house is well maintained, clean and exactly as described. The home had everything my family needed for our stay and the beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk bed room with books waiting for them. One thing to note, no fault of the property owner, but the neighborhood entrance gate was never locked during our stay at any time. Also, there is a train somewhere nearby and the horn is pretty loud. These are not a fault of the home or the host and we would stay again. Thank you! ”
