“I have just one complaint about the TV which did not have any paid channels, just wondering, being in AP, couldn't watch Gemini, ETV, MAA, it just plays free channels like ACT. Staff is friendly, busses to Tirumala can be boarded just opposite to the hotel, many shops are available closeby.”

This facility has elevator services and underground parkade for guests. Mr. Lokesh , duty manager was always there to assist with any request for transportation and sightseeing. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was courteous, and professional. Check-in had some issues since they couldn't find my reservation on their pms. In the Midnight at 12:00 they start the maintenance work and bang the things which cannot make you sleep.....
It is not worth the money they are charging.....”
