“Three quick things: 1. The listing is about 15 minutes outside of Montrose, 2. The hosts live in a house connected to the cottage but are super nice and will respect your privacy, and 3. The light switch for the living room is behind the TV. Now go book this place! It is amazing, super clean, and roomy but cozy at the same time. “Had another great long holiday winter weekend at this property with friends and family. Easy access to Elk Mtn for skiing, fun playing on the frozen lake and cozy evenings by the wood stove and TV. Long dirt road to get there but wasn’t hard to navigate and still a close drive to general store (Cables), convenience store/pizzaria (Arlo’s) or restaurants (The Beacon) for weekend needs.
