“Farmhouse is a good description. We stayed 3 nights in July.The outside is gorgeous,the pond, fire pit, swings and slide, and a barn. We used the barn because we had a rainstorm that wouldn't quit. The barn was well lit and had 2 folding tables and 6 chairs. Unloading the car, it is easier to go around the steps then on them to unload to the house. Once inside the main floor is set up OK. “Great property and location. The owners took great care to provide thoughtful amenities, including a coffee bar, and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed—convenient spots to grab a bite nearby. ”

“Olentangy Riverfront was a cute property that suited our needs well. The outdoor space was beautiful and the access to the river was really nice. Connor was easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. ”

“Well equipped kitchen is an understatement. Everything you could need. Lacked seating options for meals with the large group but the house, pool and kitchen more than made up for that minor detail. ”

“Great space for our group. Unfortunately rain prevented us from enjoying the great backyard. They had a very nice coffee station for us to enjoy. Biggest issue was the internet was terrible. With 8 people on devices, some needing to do work on laptops, and only streaming for tv it was very frustrating. Cell service wasn’t great in the area either (at least for the 3 different providers we all had). Would be worth upgrading the service to accommodate large groups. The en-suite bathroom was also……

“The house was very clean. The living room furniture was comfortable. The bed and linens were clean and fresh. In the kitchen, there was plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Also a good supply of herbs, spices, and cooking oils was available. There was a Keurig coffee maker along with a nice supply of coffee pods and teabags. So, all in all the house was what was described by the host. ”

“This quaint little Air BB was spectacular! The owners were lovely and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We felt so at home in the cozy atmosphere with beautiful furnishings and top quality bedding and towels! It is important to know that 2 of the sleeping quarters are in loft spaces with ladders up to them! But once up there, i had no problem settling in for a comfortable nights sleep! I would stay here again and again!”

“Our stay at the Little House was wonderful. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and me. The hosts were welcoming. They added touches like snack basket, K-cups set up, and amenities in the bathroom. The backyard they share is so peaceful. We will definitely book with Sue again.”
