“Nice place with friendly and accomodating staff. As we arrived early in the morning and needed to leave later in the afternoon we were offered early check in and late check out to a very reasonable price. The pool area with facilities are well kept and nice with plenty of things do do and a good variety of drinks, ice cream, coffee and food. The buffet food is of good quality and the only thing we really missed was the possibility to order nicer wines which was not possible even for extra……

Great facilities including gym, spa, guest services etc. One small frustration is the uncertainty about which restaurants and services are associated with the Gloria Golf Resort and which are associated with the Gloria Serenity. They are all so close together having contradictory rules on accessibility to one or other sets of guests”

“枕头有点高，对于颈椎病来说有点难受，一些细节需要提升，比如游泳池更换室的棉签有所缺失等。优点就是，房费包含了所有的餐费和下午茶等，在酒店里走到任何地方点吃的，喝的都是免费的~还有就是真的很安静，很适合静养”

“Die Anlage ist sehr schön und tolle Pools sowie Strandbereich, die Auswahl der Speisen am Buffet ist groß und gut sowie eine gute Qualität der Speisen in den Restaurants. Die Freundlichkeit des Servickräfte muss in einem 5 Sterne Hotel deutlich besser sein. Es gibt wenige Ausnahmen in dem Hotel die einen freundlichen Service umsetzten, das fanden wir schade.”

Otelin içerisinde bulunan gece kulubü işletmesinde her akşam dj performans olduğu için gece 1-2 ye kadar çok gürültülü oluyor oda izolasyonu yeterli olmadığı için gece rahat uyuyamayabilirsiniz.bizim için çok problem değildi. Masaj ve hamam kısmını kullandık fiyatları abartılı değildi ve hizmet güzeldi geniş bir spa alanı var. Bar kısmındaki personel ilgili ve……

“Schockierend. Alles kaputt und dreckig. Extrem unterpersonalisiert. Während man frühstückt, kann neben dir gesaugt werden oder während man was auf den teller legt, wird die schüssel aus der du essen holst schon weggeräumt... es war so schlimm, dass wir das Hotel vorzeitig verlassen haben. Nach 2 Nächten haben wir den Rest der Woche im anderen Hotel verbracht.”
