“The staff was great, went the extra mile to sort out an issue with our room. Thank you to Abdurrahman who always found a table for us and for the Parmesan cheese ( Pasta with shredded mozzarella is a crime). Thank you to the manager of customer relations who sorted out our room noise issues. The massive issue we had was the lack of allergens signs next to the food, cookies and desserts. My son has a nut allergy and between having to ask multiple times a day about the ingredients and the little……
