“Outstanding.... Wonderful trip for me, from PA, and my sister from TN. Lori and Paul went out of their way to make us feel at home. It was super clean. The decor was so cool (especially the toilet paper and toilet brush holders!!) It feels so cozy as soon as you walk in the front door. We would give a 10/10 rating if we could.”

“This little place is wonderful. We had a great time...We are a family of 5, and we all fit comfortably in the home. There is plenty of space for sleeping, and considering that the cottage isn't huge, the daybeds with trundles did not make it feel cluttered or tight. We loved access to the washer and dryer. The retro feel of the kitchen was a major highlight - loved the red fridge! :) Appreciated the coffee...Also liked that there were pans (baking included!) to make snacks like pizza and……

“This property and location was amazing. Located right on Lake Norman with beautiful views. House was immaculate and easily accomodated our crew of 8 adults 2-10 year olds and 2 toddlers. Many nice extras not offered in other vrbo’s. Beach towels , kids toys, high chairs kayaks and more. Only real issue was the ac in one bedroom which looked like an addon and had a portable unit that just didn’t cut it. Some problems mid to late afternoon in family room as well but property management did their……

“We have rented properties over the years for our family to gather and this was by far the best we've experienced. The house has enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate a large group and enough commons areas to make it comfortable.The dock is excellent and there is a marina right across the lake to purchase gas. We rented a tritoon from CS Rentals and they delivered the boat to our dock. We were there the week after the 4th of July and were suprised by how quiet the lake was.Great stay!”

“We 100% recommend this property. It was the perfect location for our small Family Reunion with 20 adults and 5 children. The amenities for the kids were perfect, and the adults truly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This property is in a great location, with several things to do in the Troutman/Lake Norman area. Or, if you prefer, there is plenty to keep you busy and never leave the property.”
