“I stayed at this home while I was relocating to the Charlotte area. Everything about the home was so welcoming and comfortable. The hosts gave excellent instructions re check in , the furnishings are so pretty and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed. It is in an excellent location, close to the revitalized downtown Mainstreet Morrisville and the surrounding Lake Norman communities. I throughly enjoyed my time exploring the Lake Norman area! ”

“We had a wonderful week here! The location was great and the two units were perfect for our family (they are rented as one, so you don’t have to share the space with strangers). There were lots of games/equipment provided by the host which was a huge plus. The kayaks and paddle boards were in great shape and the water by the house is very calm. They were pet-friendly and part of the yard is completely fenced. Host was very responsive and we were even able to book an extra night when our plans……

“University Mill House was the perfect location while attending events at Cabarrus Arena. Susan was so responsive from the initial booking stages and throughout the stay. Immaculately clean, so much attention has been given to details of anything you may need from a sound machine, aromatherapy diffuser, dual kitchen decanter/kcup, fast brew hot water tea pot and every utensil imaginable. The gas grill was an added bonus. A basket was provided for the pets, sofa cover and little blankets. The……
