“What a great house! Lots of living space for a good sized group. We had family and friends, 16 of us to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Baylor. The only think to know is that it is 30 minutes away from Waco.”

“Cozy house with plenty of space and bathrooms. It rained most of the time but we had plenty of room to not be in top of eachother. Great county vibe with all the amenities you could ask for. Popcorn and coffee was well stocked. We will be back during the summer. ”

“The hilltop property is very private with a lovely view of the valley. There are opportunities to hike that we weren’t able to take advantage of due to weather. We love the house layout - lots of space so no feeling like you’re on top of each other. The kitchen appliances are really new and the host keeps the kitchen well stocked w pantry staples. The beds are comfy too! The ping pong table was super useful since we had a good amount of rain while we were there. All in all, a great place to……

“The home is very nice. Fairly quiet except some occasional noise from the auto shop right across the home. Had all the amenities you needed including blankets, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, dryer and washing machine. Heaters helped with the cold but could trip the breakers. Happened once and the host came out immediately to help. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Owner made friendship bread and pup treats to great us. Home was beautiful and a excellent price for a long term such as we needed. We can't wait to go back. Cow's came to feed and in the morning birds. Bed very comfortable and towels were Lux ... Had hairdryer so don't bring yours and also soap for dishwasher and washing. Again, don't bring yours.
