“入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天 要自己清潔 投訴無門 聯絡清潔工 要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店 知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡 沒有回應 ，網站上酒店電話 只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店 ， 正確應該有九個字， 到入住當天 只好在門口等待 ，check-out亦冇人理會 只可放低鎖匙 回港後向hotels.com投訴 ，還被職員玩， 覺得他們一點都沒有問題 ，無論酒店及網頁 都不知所謂”

“This is a brand new luxury property. They are still working out a few things now that operations are in full swing, but nothing that took away from my experience. The location is a little out of the way in an area that is being reinvigorated by new/re-developments. But what motivated me to write a review and what really sets this property aside is the friendliness of the staff.
