“The room for an overnight stay was a family type share room with a door between both room! The upper floor can easy make noise when they walk and drag the suitcase, which I do believe no one will like it! 2nd the bathroom fan/ room A/C both make a noise! Those equipment are out of date! ”

“Exactly what we were looking for on our travels. Tucked away down a dirt road not too far from the canyon. Very welcoming and organize. Tents are nice and it’s a nice place to hang out in the evening. It’s away from the main roads, so bring what you need food-wise, but they do have a food truck as well! Definitely recommend!”

“You definitely need a car with high clearance and all or 4WD. The roads are rough, so plan to take it slow. High Grove Road is worse than a washboard. I actually prefer the dips and ruts of the other roads, lol. Space is great. Quite, lots of stars. Ended up being there in a snow storm and it was the perfect excuse to curl up on the couch, with the wood stove blazing and a book. Exactly what I wanted. Wished I had had longer to stay there. ”

“We stayed the night to be near Grand Canyon. The 1 mile dirt road was not so bad. The unit was as spacious as a hotel room would be. The 2 bathrooms were also spacious and the heater works fine! Large parking area. Neighbors are quiet. I believe this is really a place for travelers to just sleep and carry on. The Tiny home was also very clean and the check in and out instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this place.”
