“Upon arrival 1130am garbage can full to the top ,floor had some debris....i worked hotels in nyc 5 stars hotel main important thing is cleanliness...keep the public area clean and spotless...yout pool was full of foam the sink in bathroom has dirt buildip around rim of sink use steamers for this and same for bathroom floor and shower use steamers periodically and this wouldnt happen popcorn on floor....and front desk took too long to accommodate guest waiting at front desk to be helped”

“We had a corner room which had an alcove off the hallway, providing lots of privacy and quiet. The room included a kitchenette and a table for 4. It would be perfect for an extended stay. The staff was friendly and efficient, recommending a restaurant, providing extra towels, etc. Breakfast was significantly better than the usual buffet. It was a little farther from the university than I thought from the map, and the street had lots of traffic. The hotel itself is a little dated but immaculately……
