“Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. May go back to Orvieto just to stay here again (we only were in town one night this trip). ”

“I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. “My stay at this BNB was wonderful! Rosy is an excellent host. She’s is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. She made sure that my stay was all I was looking for it to be. On request she arranged a horseback ride outing and an in-room massage. In the morning she had breakfast ready, which is also tailor made to my dietary needs. The suite was very well lite with a nice size kitchen and well appointed bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall very clean room. The grounds are……

“Het is een eenvoudig, maar heel goed ingericht onderkomen in een prachtige omgeving. Wij waren zonder ut. Dat is wel een handicap omdat je wat verder van de stad en het openbaar vervoer zit. Maar we konden dit prima oplossen met een taxi, dis ons voor een schapelijk bedrag naar de stadt bracht of ons daar ophaalde als we dat wilden”

“Myself, husband and two grown up children, thoroughly enjoyed our three nights here. The grounds and hotel are stunning and immaculately kept. The owner and two staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Great breakfast and a fantastic cappuccino. Recommend having an evening meal at the hotel too. The pool area is beautiful and looking over a gorgeous tuscan landscape. Would highly recommend to anyone. ”
