“A very interesting holiday. Sibilla the owner welcomed us with a nice lasagna and local wine. The house is quite spacious, comfortable and functional. Appropriate for a family. The kitchen is equipped with every kitchenware to cook as if someone feels being at home. A very functional kitchen. The garden is well cared clean and cozy in each details. we also enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Thank you Sibilla for your unique hospitality. we will return and we highly recommend it. “We can hardly put it into words how great this vacation was. With a group of 13 people we were there for 10 nights. The salt pool, which was cleaned every day, was an oasis of relaxation. A bar right next to the pool was ideal to mix our homemade cocktails and we could enjoy them right by the pool (big fridge!!) Entertainment is provided with a giant golf course, soccer field, a pizza oven that was actually turned on for us by the house keeper so we could make pizza. 8 km away is the beach which……

“We had a lovely time with our family (2 adults, 6 children) for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed the premises which is completely closed-off with an electric fence, very safe for kids and dogs. We also very much enjoyed the swimming pool, which is located in the large garden. The B&B is located on the groundfloor, the owner lives on the second floor, which is directly connected to the backyard. The owner is really kind, helpful and trustworthy. “Disappointing experience for us. House is moist, really strange lay-out. Low sealings in many rooms. Old furniture which is not comfortable. Bathroom dated, and not well maintained. Offensive art on the wall. Etc etc. on the plus, supporting staff really friendly. And location and view really nice.”

“Een fantastisch huis met het speciale architectuur. Overal een apart hoekje waar je kan genieten van de tuin. Elke plekje geeft een nieuw perspectief op de omgeving. Met 5 kamers voldoende plek en privacy voor onze groep. Het huis is heel koel en de extra ventilatoren helpen zeker op de bovenste verdieping. Vanuit het gele huis is de omgeving goed te ontdekken. “Only an hour away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Love walking up the hill to city center or Orte for coffee and dinners in the town center. The property was nice and we were amazed at the kitchen equipment. Keep in mind, the property does not have A/C system but there are floor fans in all bedrooms which were sufficient. A couple of more floor fans in the other rooms would have been helpful.Loved the place and will go back. ”
