“I stayed here before on my own and wanted to do it again with the whole family but this second experience was awful. We paid a lot for a so-called 'luxurious executive suite' that didn't turn out to have any luxury apart from spacious rooms. General cleanliness of rooms and floors was an issue. But it got worse when a manager decided to have an argument with us over an old bed sheet with washable marker stains made by the kids (which got out after we dipped the sheet in plain water!). “It is a very pretty place. The room was large, with a fridge. I downgraded it a bit because the carpet by the bed was not very clean, nor was the bathmat. We also had to request a top sheet. The fleece blanket thatvwas on the bed was too heavy, and was also not cery clean. The hotel staff said they don't put on top sheets, but they gave me a fresh one after I told them the fleece blanket was going to be too hot. I guess they think all guests will bring their own sleeping cloths. The bathroom is……
