“The house is comfortable and interesting. The hosts have lots of suggestions for things to do in the area and farther afield. The garden is amazing with at least two incredible heritage oak trees and many beautiful spaces to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Everyone loved the swing. The friendly neighborhood dogs welcomed us but were not seen again until we were leaving. ”

“10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. My son left his laptop there and Tyler picked it up for us and……

“The perfect little cottage for our mom/daughter’s weekend! The location along the creek was so peaceful. We spent our mornings and evenings out on the lawn, chatting with all the dog walkers and petting the pooches. Close to the village with lots of restaurants and shops. If you go to Shadowbrook across the creek for dinner, you can call them for a free pickup in one of their old-fashioned taxis. This was my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back!”
