“We had an amazing peaceful stay. We enjoyed how everything from the covered porch and the covered back patio. The fire pit was relaxing and listening to the little creek was so serene. We appreciated the little touches, the little snacks, bottles of water and the use of the grill to cook on. The property manager was absolutely amazing when my friends got turned around, she went above and beyond helping them find the residence. ”

“We have an amazing stay every time we stay here! It accommodates every need from space, to views, and distance to entertainment. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to visit and float the river! If i had to give a con...maybe supply ricks of wood for the firepit. We bought some from town so not a big deal but that really the only thing i could say if i had to say something 'bad' or recommended. Otherwise, we will be backevery year for many years to come! “Beautiful home for our family of 6. Great location for our needs in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy check in/out process. Host was very attentive and fast to respond with any questions or issues. My only complaint is the fence is not fully enclosed since we brought our dog. But it is about 95% enclosed, just not on the sides. That is my fault though for assuming and not verifying beforehand. I still give this property a 5 star rating and would stay here again! ”

“The pictures on the website don’t do this home justice. It is a beautiful old home with modern updates. We were here for a family wedding and it was the perfect place to stay in the heart of beautiful Siloam Springs. Easily slept 3 couples and all the kids. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms have plenty of space. The game room upstairs is amazing. The hosts are wonderful. Book this place if you get a chance! ”

“Very nice home and it was hot so the pool was a bonus. It is close to MAO so the is a bonus as well. Several nice restaurants in town and Grove is close. One small issue that freaked out one of pit guys, there were a ton of spiders in and outside the house.”

“We came to town for a friend’s wedding, and the location of this property was perfect! It’s beautifully decorated, and communication with the owner was great. We were disappointed to find out that although the listing clearly states TWO showers, there was only ONE! This made it difficult for five adults to get ready at the same time. The sink in the downstairs bathroom also has a large chunk of granite broken, and the faucet continuously leaked and would not turn off. Our second disappointment……
