No delay in being taken to our room, our luggage already waiting allowing us to get settled in. The entire place was clean and tidy. The staff takes a lot of pride in the hotel. Always ample seating at the pools, beach, and bars. Children at the resort were so well-behaved. We liked the beach, but we were very disappointed that it wasn't a particularly swimmable area.
