“Fantastic place to stay for energylandia. Walkable distance to supermarket and park. Great selection at breakfast. Super helpful road train to and from the park. Reception staff very helpful at check in. Also booked us a taxi as had trouble with uber. Tipi was great dont let the weather put you off as had heating. Plus crates to lock your stuff in. “Only one issue. When booking on hotels.com it said check was at 15:00 and checkout was at 12:00. When I received information from the hotel on the day of arrival, just few hours before check in, I was now informed check in was at 16:00 and checkout the following day at 10:00. Luckily we had planned to leave at 09:00 but can be an issue to some. ”

“Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish……
