“We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only……

“Piacevole soggiorno. Stanza semplice, comoda, pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza del treno che praticamente si sente poco anche mentre passa, anche con le finestre aperte. Panorama mozzafiato vista vigneti, castello e montagne. Poca varietà a colazione rispetto altri hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura quasi vuota nonostante il periodo.”

The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. The Spa services were a dream - multiple different saunas with different temperatures, beautiful pool and hot tub, and a lounge room with swings, beds, and relaxation music. “Hotel novo, bonito! Ótimo café da manhã. Ele fica no meio de plantações de maçã. Lindo local, porém afastado da cidade. Ótimo para relaxar. Quem é apaixonado por golf deve ficar lá! Tem campo de golf e acredito que se possa jogar mediante pagamento. ”

“Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here again when we come back at Christmas. The surrounding area was vineyards and the village was a couple of minutes walk away. Had a super stay, left feeling very……
