No ventilation such as fan or air conditioner in the cottage, therefore, it will be very hot inside the cottage in summer. Hot water bottle was too dirty to be used. Generally speaking, it’s a camping area not a hotel, but it charges same as a hotel.”

“Sehr großes Hotel mit Kongress-Teil. Lage direkt an der Autobahn, dennoch ruhig und isoliert. Mein Zimmer war groß,sauber & modern. Wasserkocher und Kapselmaschine im ZImmer. Das Personal freundlich, das Frühstück ist hervorragend inklusives Live Cooking für diverse Eierspeisen und English Breakfast. Auch das Restaurant für mittags oder abends ist in Ordnung. Rundum ein gut organisiertes Hotel. Parken für Gäste kostenfrei. ”

“Soggiorno di lavoro. Hotel è prevalentemente un centro sportivo e benessere, con camere adiacenti, le note negative sono state la camera all'arrivo molto fredda ( i radiatori non erano attivi) ed il fatto che di notte, alla reception non vi fosse nessuno, la porta di accesso al complesso veniva chiusa la sera attorno alle 23.00 e riaperta la mattina alle 07.00. Il rientro in quella fascia oraria era comunque possibile dalla porta posteriore con l'utilizzo della tessera. Note positive il……

Cheerful rest

"The hotel room is clean n tidy however a bit tired. I really enjoy the coffee machine inside the room. However, there is a construction site just cross the road which starts operating at 8am, that wakes us all up !"

Poor experience for the stay

"I had always chosen this hotel for business trip, and this was the 5th time I stayed with the other 2 colleagues and yes I recommended it! The experience genuinely was awful this time. The heater of Room 356 was broken so I slept at very cold temperature even I was told they have central air conditioning system. Then the shower was broken. Hot water came and cold water from the shower head and hand shower at same time which cannot be adjusted. It was very dangerous as people wouldn't notice the water came from shower head was so hot. Besides, the room was so dark that I even cannot make up properly. I escalated the situation to the staff on next day morning, and they sorted out the issues but I don't think I will choose the hotel again. "
