“The apartment was excellent! It was clean, it had a smart TV with an hdmi cable, a USB-a charging block, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need (coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans, cuttlery, water filter, coffee cups, wine cups, bowls and plates, etc), the bed was comfortable, there were extra blankets to sleep on the couch, which was also comfortable. The location was a short drive to the center of austin, and right next to South Lamar, which has plenty of coffee shops and……

“Super convenient location, with parking just outside your door. Walking distance to several great breakfast, lunch & dinner locations. We were very pleased with Studio 2. Quiet & Self climate control is always a plus! Large, crystal clear TV with streaming options. Until our home build on the Blanco is complete, this will be our go to, #1 place to stay.”

“This was a great place to stay while we were in town for the weekend to see the F1 race. After a bit of a confusing check in (host's instructions weren't clear and they seemed to forget we were coming) everything was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend!”

“Let me start off with all the good!- The pool was amazing!! my kids LOVED it! We were the only ones to use it while we were there which was awesome but there was definitely room for others. - The golf cart was also so cool to be able to have to get around!- Managment company was very responsive- location was great- The cottage and bedding felt clean which is really importantThis is where I was a bit disappointed..The pictures of the cottage online are, I think, from before the hurricane last……

It was also very conveniently located to multiple different areas of Austin which made it very easy to come & go as we wanted. It really felt like we had a homebase in Austin! Owners were very communicative up front - we didn't have any issues while we there, but I have no doubt they would have been responsive if we did!”
