“We had a lovely 2 night stay-cation. The host is polite and quickly responded. The shower is very nice with 2 shower heads. And of course the personal hot tub was a great perk! We were able to grill outside. There is a patio separate for your side that is private. Your hot tub is private as well. We will return! ”

“This was my first experience living in a tiny house. This one has plenty of space to relax and take in the quiet of its tranquil garden setting. Minimalist interior. Very clean. “Perfect stay for our needs while we attended student orientation. Quiet and peaceful. All of our needs met. Love the historical aspects of the building. Our only issue was a bit of a rain leak caused the floor and rug to be wet upon entry, but to be expected in a historic building. ”

“Everything about this place was perfect. It was a great location for all our Austin explorations. We loved the privacy and the campy feel of the yard, even though we were in the middle of the city. We were also surprised at how quiet the overall neighborhood was at night. The pool was a great place to soak at the end of a long, hot day of walking. Bed was super comfy. We would absolutely stay here again.”
