“지은지 오래된 건물인데 관리가 잘되어있습니다.
벽이 얇아서 복도방음이 안되지만
곰팡이없는 화장실, 먼지없는 숙소, 끈쩍이지 않는 주방, 냄새안나는 냉장고까지
관리가 잘 되고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다.
엘리베이터가 없는 게 흠이라면 흠이지만
유럽에서 겪었던 것들(?)과 비교해보면 아주 훌륭한 도미토리였습니다.”

The check-in time (afternoon and evening) manager speaks English which was much appreciated. Excellent amenities and daily housekeeping. If you stay in downtown Ulsan, this is the place to stay!”
“No parking space even if they said parking available. Find your parking by urself.
Rude staff. First they will give you the worst condition room, if you are shy/adjustable then you wont complain. If you complain, they will say ,it will be fixed tomorrow because no staff available.
It is my honest review. Not good for foreigners.”
“건물도 너무 이쁘고 깨끗하고 방도 넓어서 너무 좋았습니다.
금액도 맘에 들고 이마트랑 편의점, 태화강역도 도보 2~3분 거리에 있어 편리했어요.
테라스도 이쁘던데 추운 날씨라 이용해보지 못해 좀 아쉬웠지만 전반적으로 만족합니다.
참 화장실도 넓고 욕조도 있어요. 물론 욕조 사용은 못했지만 넓고 깨끗한 욕실입니다~~”
