“Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many.”

“The lobby was very welcoming, breakfast was good as continental. The room was slightly disappointing with what the lobby suggested as a 4 star hotel. May be with a price of 80 Europe I get the most simple one. Hotel with air on all the time. Front desk was extremely helpful and let me late check out at 1pm. Location is unbeatable as the heart just a lane of 30 steps away. I will come back book a better room next time...thanks”

“First impression was that room was tired and had not been thought through properly. Silly things like the full length mirror being at the foot of the bed - making it difficult to use; the main window being rather small, bathroom radiator being rusty - small niggly things that were a bit annoying..”

“此酒店兩年前入住過，得到良好印象，因此這次再與全家及介紹友人入住。但到達酒店後遇一黃髮三四十歲女工作人員，態度非常不友好，告訴我們酒店原本的代客泊車服務不存在了，讓我們自行將車泊去遙遠的公眾停車場。我們正因此酒店有此服務所以我們一行才於四個月前預訂了三間房并當時付費的。而且在我們到達酒店才得知，事前沒有任何通知。我們堅決反對並據理力爭，經過反覆交涉才爭取回我們應有的泊車權利。酒店的其他員工態度很好，唯那黃髮前台服務員態度怪異失常令人不解。使酒店原本良好印象打了折扣。 wong hurk marn”
