“此酒店兩年前入住過，得到良好印象，因此這次再與全家及介紹友人入住。但到達酒店後遇一黃髮三四十歲女工作人員，態度非常不友好，告訴我們酒店原本的代客泊車服務不存在了，讓我們自行將車泊去遙遠的公眾停車場。我們正因此酒店有此服務所以我們一行才於四個月前預訂了三間房并當時付費的。而且在我們到達酒店才得知，事前沒有任何通知。我們堅決反對並據理力爭，經過反覆交涉才爭取回我們應有的泊車權利。酒店的其他員工態度很好，唯那黃髮前台服務員態度怪異失常令人不解。使酒店原本良好印象打了折扣。 wong hurk marn”

“Colazione povera siamo arrivati in sala all 9.30 cornetti finiti e non riforniti acqua liscia finita e non rifornita insomma se arrivavano un po’ dopo neanche colazione avremmo fatto ci siamo accontentati dei dolci rimasti ”

“Really amazing hotel. I highly recommend it. Super great location and pretty views. I couldn’t get the heat to turn off, so I was very hot at night but I am sure they will adjust that as the summer closes in. ”
