“It’s what I expected of Town Lodge really. The accommodation is all good. But the dining experience was pretty poor. The buffet didn’t have the variety one expects of a buffet.”

“Handy and nice hotel for Durban. Location not on the beach but good enough. There is 24 hours security and secure car park. The breakfast and restaurant is very good. This round my room is facing the road, can be a bit noisy compare to inward facing room.”

“The Flamingo Lodge was great! Just a few minutes walk to Umhlanga Rocks beach and the famous Whale Bone pier. Surprisingly, it is really close to the Umhlanga action and restaurants, but peaceful inside. The Staff was great, they were quick to do anything that needed doing and had access or instructions for the various activities in the area. They even helped out with the 2 year. I will certainly stay again!”
