“First of all, the location was excellent. 2 blocks from the subway which connected you to any area in New York City. Very close to several major shopping and restaurant streets. It couldn't be more convenient! The apartment has all the amenities one would need. Towels and linens, washer/dryer/laundry soap, kitchen items, extra trash bags, overhead fans and a/c. It was super comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well organized. A great TV system with all the expected services……

It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. You are not allowed to park on the street in front of the house, but on the……

“Overall the place inside was nice View was immaculate Close travel to New York But the outside could use a little clean up around the building looks nasty with the trash not a very good lookAlso so inform you guest not only about where they can park but also about how they need to move their cars for street cleaning to avoid getting a citation In front of the building the sign for street cleaning is gone so your guest can’t tell if they should park there or if they need to move it .
