“The room is too dirty. Their room is very bad, especially smell very bad. I absolutely suggest the hotel need reconstruction completely. ”

“It was horrible as soon as we walked I knew it was a bad idea to stay there. It smelled and the elevator was ( line a movie where you get murdered ) . The room smelled odd and no iron and hair dryer didn’t work , tv kept going in and out . I had to call front desk because no working water .. ”

“Location right off rt 91 was good. There was a bar at the property, but can’t say we used it. Breakfast was better than average with a wide selection of food, hot and cold. The room was modern and clean, but the mattress was lower than average in height and rather uncomfortable . There was an Irish sports bar next door with good food and beer selection. The elevator off the lobby was broken for a few hours the first morning and we observed one of the food workers touching the omelets at the……

“It was a nice stay for four days. Our room had ants and we kept forgetting to tell the front desk. We had to ask for towels several times, but no big deal. The bed was very comfortable and we it was very quiet. We would stay there again.”

“Everything was great during our stay. We were there for UConn's graduation weekend. We were not able to check in until exactly 3 PM due to the hotel being sold out. We loved the bed and pillows. It was so comfortable, and we slept like babies.”

“The rooms were refurbished and very clean and modern. The room had a cathedral ceiling which made the room feel very spacious. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern. I also liked how the floors were laminate that resembled hard wood. It felt very clean. It was very quiet at night for sleeping. The complimentary breakfast was simple but good - tea, coffee, juices, yogurt, english muffins, waffles and muffins. You could request a frozen breakfast sandwich to……

“The attitude of the boss is rubbish. The bed sheets and duvet covers were dirty. I asked the boss to get another set of duvet covers and change them myself. He was still unwilling. He actually said that he would not change the bed sheets.”
