“Not a bad house. Easily accessible. Good communication with property manger. A couple things to consider:- Needs to have a solution for trash. We couldn’t find anything outside, and the trash from previous tenants were left in the house. Maybe we’re missing something?- A/C window units definitely need attention, the filters were completely full of dust. It didn’t take me very long to clean the filters. Would recommend adding that to the list when making ready the unit. Takes about 5 min.Overall……

“House is located in a private, quiet area. A lot of open area, but also trees with birdsong and bird watching. House has plenty of room for gathering and eating. Kitchen very well stocked with needed items. Outside patio and fire pit area great for relaxing in shade or sun.”

“The house was absolutely perfect! It was very close to our family that we came into town to visit. Very clean & the decor was so fun. Definitely will be booking again for future visits to Morganfield!”

“We were Looking for just a nice comfortable and clean place. This was not it. Place is not kept clean inside or out. Why advertise a garden and backyard if you’re not even going to mow. The towels are stained and not one extra anywhere. Minimalist on dishes and silverware. Don’t think host has even seen this place for awhile. Couch is uncomfortable. Neighborhood a little sketchy- came home to police activity and someone else in the driveway. ”
