“Pleasant stay. Loved the neighborhood. Quiet, lovely, older with large trees. House was in good condition and very clean. Loved the large front porch. Air conditioning didn't work well upstairs, but fans were provided in the bedrooms. Host was very courteous. Easy to check in and out. Would stay again. ”

“The house was very nice and very clean! Our dogs had a large, fenced back yard they could play in and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was so nice to have a garage to park in and the whole house was very spacious. The master bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our dog's crates so they didn't have to be in a separate space. It's about 20-25 minutes away from Polaris, but it was worth it to have the scenic drive and quiet neighborhood at night. Griffin was very communicative……

“Olentangy Riverfront was a cute property that suited our needs well. The outdoor space was beautiful and the access to the river was really nice. Connor was easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. ”

"Hidden Fees Scam The room was big and the price was okay, but they had a hidden $10 parking fee. Some websites said $5, but nowhere did it mention $10 on weekends. We checked in on Sunday, and there were only about 10 cars in the parking lot, yet they still charged us $10. Parking at Holiday Inn Express is almost always free for non-downtown location. This is the first one we’ve ever seen that charges for parking. If it were a football day, sure, but it wasn’t—it was a Sunday when even street parking is free. For IHG members, the fee is supposed to be waived. Later we asked for a refund, but the front desk said they needed to check with the manager since we hadn’t entered our IHG member number into the reservation. At the time of checking in, we were completely shocked and surprised by the parking fee and didn’t think to argue. Now, two days later, they still haven’t refunded our parking fee. Never booking here again. So, Holiday Inn is franchised— and this one is trying to scam money."
